LIGHT FIXTURES: Some of the lights in the home are controlled by remote controllers which are found mounted on the walls. DO NOT remove the control from the mount. Simply utilize the buttons to turn fan off and lights on/off. Lost remote controls will cause a fine of $40 per controller to cover replacement and re-installation. If model is not available and we need to purchase new fixtures, guest will be responsible for full costs. All other controllers (tv, entertainment) should be placed where they were found)
REMOTE CONTROLS: Each TV and entertainment system has a control. Please make sure to place controller where found.
DOOR LOCK: Use your unique code to enter the home. When leaving the property you MUST click on the YALE ICON to LOCK the property. Failure to do so will leave the property door open.
INTERNET CONNECTION If internet is disconnected at any time during your stay without notification, we presume house rules on guest count is in violation - this also causes lock to unsync, causing unnecessary additional intervention and you will be charged an additional 15$ per guest per day fee at maximum guest capacity
POOL TABLE: Please use the pool table responsibly and with care. No Food or Drinks on the Table – Keep all snacks and drinks on nearby tables to avoid spills and stains. Chalk Carefully – Chalk cues over the floor, not the table felt.
No Sitting or Climbing – Do not sit, lean heavily, or place items on the table surface. Use Equipment Properly – Cues, racks, and balls should only be used for playing pool—no horseplay or rough handling. Protect the Felt – Avoid using sharp objects or dropping balls onto the table. Supervision Required – Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool table.
Return Equipment – Place balls in the rack and cues back on the wall/stand after play. Report Issues – Please let us know immediately if anything breaks or feels loose so we can fix it for the next guest.
ENTERTAINMENT ITEMS: For your pleasure we've included additional entertainment items board games, entertainment system with microphone, tic tac toe and dart board. Please place all belongings back where they belong with all pieces. If items are missing, we reserve the right to charge you for lost amenity/experience.
